Warehouse Operations Manager

Role overview

This is a part-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi for a Warehouse Operations Manager. The role is focused on keeping warehouse activity running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

What you will handle

You will oversee the day-to-day flow of warehouse work, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch. A key part of the job is keeping inventory records accurate and making sure warehouse processes stay organized and efficient.

You will also plan work assignments for warehouse staff, monitor performance, and help build a work environment that supports safety, teamwork, and productivity.

In addition, you will coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to meet deadlines, solve operational issues, protect service quality, maintain warehouse records, improve space usage, and introduce better ways of working.

Qualifications and job expectations

• Ability to supervise, guide, and coach warehouse team members while encouraging a safe and cooperative workplace.
• Capability in operations planning, process coordination, and timely order fulfillment.
• Experience in inventory tracking, cycle counting, and reducing stock mismatches or shortages.
• Practical warehouse management knowledge covering receiving, storage, dispatch, and layout planning.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills for dealing with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software, along with good MS Office ability.
• Comfort working on-site in Abu Dhabi and handling the physical demands of warehouse operations while following health and safety rules.
• Prior work in warehouse or logistics management, with a diploma or degree in supply chain, operations, or a related area preferred.
