About the internship
This HR internship is centered on recruitment operations, reporting, coordination, vendor handling, and issue resolution. The role supports hiring analytics and day-to-day recruitment follow-up across locations, while working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Finance, and local teams.
Recruitment analytics and MIS
You will be responsible for preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment dashboards and MIS reports. The role involves monitoring the hiring funnel from sourcing through interviews, offers, joinings, and conversions, as well as studying recruitment patterns to share practical insights that improve hiring performance. Accuracy and timely reporting across locations are key parts of the job, along with supporting review decks, presentations, and management reports.
Data coordination and reporting
The internship requires coordination with location HR and recruitment teams to gather hiring updates and workforce data. You will consolidate location-wise targets, achievements, and gap analysis reports, follow up for timely submissions, and track monthly hiring progress with regular status updates.
Vendor management support
You will serve as a contact point for placement vendors on recruitment-related data and operational questions. The role also includes handling vendor escalations, coordinating with internal teams for resolution, and monitoring vendor onboarding documents until the vendor code is generated and the vendor is successfully onboarded onto the required module.
Billing and issue resolution
This position includes coordinating with locations and support teams to resolve vendor billing and payment concerns. You will validate recruitment-related inputs used for invoice processing and maintain proper records and follow-up until billing mismatches are closed.
Stakeholder management
You will maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to keep recruitment operations running smoothly and ensure that follow-ups, updates, and issue closures happen on time.

Other requirements
The preferred background includes candidates who are pursuing or have recently completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong Excel knowledge is important, especially for pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, and charts. Familiarity with PowerPoint and data presentation, good analytical ability, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder handling, and the capability to work with large datasets while maintaining high accuracy are also expected. Strong coordination and follow-up skills are needed. Exposure to HR analytics or recruitment analytics is preferred, and knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools will be an advantage. Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics is also useful. Key competencies include attention to detail, analytical thinking, data interpretation, coordination and follow-up, stakeholder management, time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
