About the Internship

This part-time marketing internship is based at a modern unisex salon in Bangalore. The role focuses on customer engagement, rebooking support, promotional outreach, and basic reporting for the co-founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact new customers by phone and WhatsApp within 5 to 6 days of their appointment to gauge satisfaction and encourage them to book again.
• Keep a daily record of new customers, follow-up progress, and conversion outcomes.
• Share promotional messages about offers, seasonal campaigns, and newly introduced services.
• Reconnect with customers who have not visited for 60 days or more using win-back messages.
• Submit weekly updates to the co-founder covering messages sent, responses received, and bookings converted.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work part-time, are able to begin between 14 Jun 2026 and 19 Jul 2026, and can commit for 3 months. Applicants should have relevant interest and skills. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Any graduate or final-year student may apply, with preference for BBA, BA, BCom, or BMM backgrounds.
• Strong spoken fluency in Kannada and Hindi is required; English is an added advantage.
• You should be comfortable speaking to customers and sending WhatsApp messages confidently.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is needed for tracking purposes.
• The ideal candidate should be friendly, organised, and self-driven.
• Interest in the beauty and wellness space will be considered a plus.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 12,000.
