About the internship

This internship is centered on coordinating projects connected with the launch of beauty products, including hair perfumes, hair colours, and related items. The role involves keeping multiple workstreams on track, aligning with internal teams and stakeholders, and helping ensure that projects move ahead smoothly from planning to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support projects tied to new beauty product launches.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables so deadlines are consistently met.
• Stay in touch with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep execution seamless.
• Spot blockers early, help bring in solutions, and share regular status updates with leadership.
• Use strong leadership to organise tasks and push projects toward completion.
• Communicate clearly and build productive relationships with teammates and stakeholders.
• Assist with planning, execution, and tracking of broader business initiatives.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who are available for a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 28 June 2026 and 2 August 2026, and can commit to a 3-month duration. Requirements

• Frequent travel across India is required for visits to manufacturing units.

• Leadership and problem-solving skills should be well developed.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of ₹9,000 to ₹12,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 per month.
