Role overview
Kraft Heinz is hiring a permanent Account Manager to join its New Zealand Sales team in Newmarket, Auckland. This role offers the chance to build a career in sales within a collaborative, fast-moving environment that supports internal growth and development.

What the role involves
- Partner with Foodstuffs North Island to deliver agreed plans and grow the business jointly.
- Own promotional activity, forecasting, reporting, and commercial performance across multiple product categories.
- Spot growth opportunities and help turn them into practical outcomes.
- Work across category, finance, revenue management, supply chain, and marketing teams to support delivery.
- Contribute to both immediate execution and longer-term commercial planning.
What success looks like

Experience and background
- Experience in FMCG is helpful, though attitude and mindset are equally important.
- You are resilient, energetic, confident, curious, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail.
- You are analytical, a good listener, and highly organised.
- A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage.
- You bring negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- You have around 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within FMCG or an FMCG distributor.
Working arrangement
This position offers a flexible hybrid setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
