Role overview
Scottish Rugby is seeking a meticulous Artworker to support the creation and delivery of polished visual material across print and digital channels. In this position, you will work alongside Creative Designers to turn campaign ideas and content into finished assets, while helping keep a busy creative operation organised and efficient.
Key duties
- Prepare artwork for a range of channels by resizing and adapting assets for websites, email, social media, and advertising, ensuring they meet professional standards for both digital and print use.
- Update Adobe- and Microsoft-based templates in response to feedback from stakeholders, including changes to layout, wording, imagery, and formatting.
- Perform detailed checks on all artwork to confirm correct spelling, alignment, image quality, and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Maintain organised and current file structures, asset libraries, and template collections so the team can access what it needs quickly.
What the role calls for
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, together with confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A precise, systematic approach to handling files, deadlines, and several tasks or projects at the same time.
