Assistant Manager

Role summary

This position is for a physician reviewer who will examine clinical details and medical records, then prepare concise summaries of the relevant medical information using the prescribed guidelines and criteria. The role is based in Kochi, Kerala, and is a full-time onsite opportunity.

Qualifications and experience

Applicants should be doctors with at least 1 year of clinical experience. Acceptable qualifications include MBBS from India or an MD degree from a foreign medical institution. An MCI license is preferred but not mandatory. Prior exposure to the US healthcare environment is considered an advantage, though it is not required. Experience in auditing is optional.

Tools and communication

The role requires strong computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should also be confident in both written documentation and spoken communication.

Work schedule and telecommuting requirements

The position follows a 40-hour work week as a full-time employee. Shift timing is 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST, with weekends off. If telecommuting is applicable, the candidate must have a high-speed broadband internet connection at home and must comply with the company’s telecommuter policy.
