Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, assign, prioritize, and track store tasks while ensuring deadlines are met and daily follow-ups are completed.
  • Support different store functions, including customer service, product knowledge, product placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom operations.
  • Assist the team with day-to-day retail execution such as POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing updates, markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness and recovery standards.
  • Lead through example and work with Store Management to improve personal performance metrics through sales-focused methods.
  • Follow asset protection procedures, including loss prevention, inventory management, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • A Level, Diploma, or a higher qualification is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of total retail experience is required, with prior store leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and a drive to motivate, challenge, and support team performance.
  • Professional English communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities for interaction with store teams, operations managers, district managers, and corporate partners.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email, along with ability to use a retail POS system.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth retail environment.
