About You And The Role

We are seeking a charismatic and skilled bartender with prior experience in a cocktail bar or a full à la carte restaurant setting. While experience in mixology and a strong knowledge of wines are advantageous, a passion for crafting drinks is key. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, expertly preparing a wide array of cocktails and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include the meticulous preparation of drink components, such as clarifications, carbonations, and infusions, alongside engaging with guests at the bar to create a memorable experience. Precision in pouring each drink and maintaining stock levels are essential.
