Role Overview
The EMEA Benefits Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of core benefits administration, related policies, and regional programs. The role also includes taking ownership of projects that advance the benefits philosophy and align with People team priorities and broader strategic goals.
This position requires strong ownership, influence, project management, and communication skills. The person in this role will handle complex benefits issues and escalations, support the evolution of benefits strategy, and help strengthen engagement and compliance across policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main expert on Quantcast benefit policies and programmes across the EMEA region.
- Create and roll out communication and training materials that improve participation in benefits offerings.
- Keep all regional benefits policies and procedures updated and well documented.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure adherence to regional compliance requirements.
- Spot, design, and deliver benefits initiatives that improve cost efficiency, streamline processes, promote best practice, and enhance employee engagement.
- Take ownership of global wellbeing initiatives and manage their delivery end to end.
- Monitor benefits data on a regular basis and prepare concise business insights for leadership.
- Manage daily benefits operations, monthly invoicing, and payment of administration fees across all plans.
- Support benefits audits by gathering, organising, and preparing relevant data.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and brokers.
- Coordinate payroll inputs related to benefits.
- Work with senior leadership to shape a benefits vision and strategy aligned with business priorities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 4 years in benefits.
- Strong focus on accuracy, well-defined processes, and service orientation.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Background in vendor management, negotiation, and project coordination.
- Comfort working with cost analysis and large datasets.
