Role Overview

Claio is looking for a fully remote Business Development Representative to create new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. This is a results-driven, outbound-only position focused on consistently generating qualified demos for the sales team.

You will reach out to dental and healthcare clinics across North America, introduce Claio’s AI products, and secure meetings with prospective customers. The role is well suited to someone who works independently, stays disciplined without close supervision, and performs strongly in a target-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research potential accounts in the healthcare and dental market and build targeted prospect lists.
  • Run outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings.
  • Evaluate incoming leads and determine whether they meet the company’s qualification standards.
  • Schedule discovery conversations and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, including outreach activity and outcomes.
  • Work with the marketing team to sharpen messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Claio product so you can clearly communicate its value to prospects.
  • Help improve outreach frameworks, messaging, and cadence strategies based on performance results.

Required Profile

  • At least 2–3+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR, preferably in SaaS.
  • A strong record of success in outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent self-management and accountability, especially important in a remote setup.
  • Comfort with high-volume activity, including cold calling.
  • Prior exposure to dental or healthcare businesses is highly valued.
  • Experience working with healthcare-focused SaaS products is also a plus.
