Role overview

Emirates is seeking cabin crew members who combine a polished presence with calm adaptability and a talent for putting passengers at ease. In this role, you will represent the airline in the cabin, guiding customers, responding to their needs, and ensuring they feel supported throughout the journey.

More than a hospitality role, this position places safety at the center of everything. You will be expected to take charge of cabin service, observe security requirements, and follow safety procedures with confidence. Training is delivered in Dubai through a high-standard learning environment.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for assisting passengers, maintaining a welcoming onboard experience, and handling service, safety, and security tasks professionally. The role also calls for a composed, solution-focused approach during a demanding schedule.

Qualifications and experience

The airline is looking for candidates with over one year of experience in hospitality or customer service. A positive mindset and the ability to work well in a multicultural team are important. Applicants must have completed at least Grade 12, be fluent in spoken and written English, and be physically able to meet reach and height requirements for access to emergency equipment.

There must be no visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform unless they are covered with bandages or cosmetics. Candidates will be based in Dubai and must satisfy UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary and benefits

Compensation consists of three parts: a fixed monthly base salary, flying pay based on operated hours, and overseas meal allowance. The basic salary is AED 4,980 per month, flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 hours per month, and the average total monthly pay is AED 11,244, approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280 for Grade II Economy Class.

Meal allowances for night stops are added to salary in arrears the following month. The employer also provides hotel accommodation and transport between the airport and accommodation. Additional benefits include a tax-free salary, profit share, concessional travel, relocation support, free accommodation and transport, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.

Work location and relocation

The role is Dubai-based, and relocation support is provided for successful applicants. The listed location is the Cork Metropolitan Area, but the position itself is based in Dubai.
