Role overview

Eden Academy is seeking casual educators to join its centres in Rural View, Beaconsfield, Edmonton, Harris Crossing, and Kerrisdale. The organisation places strong value on creating a supportive, family-like workplace where educators are encouraged to grow while helping children thrive.

The centres are designed to feel welcoming and uplifting, with bright natural light, high-quality resources, spacious open-plan learning areas, and natural outdoor play environments. The service operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm and caters for up to 130 children.

What you will do

• Support young children’s development through play-based learning and genuine relationships.
• Design engaging spaces and experiences that encourage curiosity and discovery.
• Bring kindness, creativity, and a positive attitude to each shift.
• Communicate clearly and develop trusting relationships with families.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

What we are looking for

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
• A current Working With Children Check.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• A professional, caring manner and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Confidence in working with children, families, and the wider community.
• Two professional referees, with at least one reference from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education environment.
