About the internship

This internship is for an in-person coding mentor who will help students strengthen their competitive programming and problem-solving abilities. The role sits within an online higher-education environment focused on technologies such as artificial intelligence, full-stack development, and software development, with an emphasis on student growth across technical, aptitude, and soft skills.

What you will do

• Run engaging classroom sessions on competitive programming and problem-solving methods.
• Plan and teach lessons covering algorithms, data structures, and coding practices used in competitive programming.
• Build and manage coding exercises and mock contests that mirror real competition scenarios.
• Review student work closely and give individualized feedback to help improve coding quality and speed.
• Coach learners on problem-solving approach, solution optimization, and time management during contests.
• Keep pace with current competitive programming trends and bring effective practices into the teaching plan.
• Track student performance through frequent evaluations and share clear, constructive guidance.
• Work with fellow mentors to shape a well-structured and current curriculum.

Eligibility

Applicants must be able to work full time from the office, begin between 4 July 2026 and 8 August 2026, and commit to the full 4-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the field. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional information

This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Chandigarh, India, with location coverage including Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurgaon, Mohali, Noida, and Punjab. The stipend is INR 60,000 to INR 80,000 per month. There are 4 openings. The role starts immediately. The application deadline is 3 August 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.
