Role overview

This position involves handling package pickups and deliveries with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, punctuality, and customer service. The courier is expected to keep parcels secure, confirm shipment details, and maintain a professional experience for customers throughout the delivery process.

Key duties

• Collect and drop off parcels safely by following assigned routes and meeting strict delivery timelines.
• Check and scan package contents to make sure pickup and delivery details match the order.
• Deliver a high level of customer care while ensuring packages remain properly secured.
• Escalate delivery problems, missing or damaged items, and address discrepancies without delay.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed.

Education and experience

A secondary school education, or an equivalent qualification, is required. Applicants should have at least 1 year of professional driving experience.

Licensing and skills

Valid Australian driving credentials are required: either a minimum C class (car) licence or a minimum Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence.
