We are seeking a Creative Producer who approaches the role with a researcher’s mindset: someone who spots trends early, understands how stories drive action, and can convert marketing findings into video content that drives sales.
This position goes beyond producing assets. It involves leading the evolution of creative work by developing ideas, improving strong existing concepts, identifying fresh formats, testing them, and scaling the ones that perform best. You will work at the crossroads of project coordination, creative strategy, analytics, and production.
You will also help develop and present creative concepts that push beyond standard ad formats and open up new storytelling approaches.
Responsibilities
- Track new and emerging video trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and related platforms, and keep clear records of what you find.
- Carry out research for both market direction and content development.
- Explore new video formats and styles instead of only adapting what already exists.
- Turn research findings into testable creative ideas and assumptions.
- Support project coordination from concept stage through final delivery across different teams.
- Make sure every concept clearly matches the client’s offer and the intended audience.
- Work with creators, influencers, and bloggers to bring productions to life.
- Build and manage test plans with media buyers to confirm or reject creative ideas.
- Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, watch time, and CPA.
- Apply a repeatable workflow of create, test, learn, and scale for ongoing creative improvement.
- Keep communication smooth between marketing, creative, and testing teams.
- Use AI tools in an experimental way, including generating references in Midjourney and organizing work with Claude, with a strong prompt-first approach.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in paid social or performance marketing.
- Good understanding of short-form video formats and the performance drivers on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Comfort working with creators and bloggers, including sourcing them, briefing them, and managing remote shoots.
- Strong ability to read and interpret marketing performance data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep workstreams moving and expectations aligned.
- High attention to detail, ownership of work, and the ability to handle multiple priorities well.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Preferred background in media buying or close collaboration with media buyers.
- Exposure to AI tools for creating or improving creative assets.
- Experience in video production or video marketing.
- Familiarity with UGC or influencer platforms for creator sourcing and management.
- Understanding of A/B testing and the way creative experiments are planned and evaluated.
