ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
This position supports the 2-Hour Learning model used by Alpha Anywhere, where learners complete academics in a concentrated two-hour block and then spend the rest of the day on creative, physical, and exploratory activities. The role focuses on turning AI-produced performance data into quick, practical actions that help each student move toward 90% mastery or better.
You will work from any location with dependable internet access. Your day-to-day work will combine data analysis, learner support, coaching, and experimentation with AI tools to improve how the learning system works and to uncover new ways to accelerate student progress.
The role is designed for someone who can respond quickly when learners hit roadblocks, work closely with children and leadership, and translate insights into measurable improvements. The impact of the work is visible in student confidence, faster learning, and stronger academic outcomes.
What you will do
- Create highly accurate academic data reports, inspect performance patterns, spot exceptions, and trigger corrections within 48 hours.
- Run short intervention calls and follow-up coaching after assessments to remove blockers, separate true knowledge gaps from simple mistakes, and keep students engaged.
- Evaluate and bring in new education apps and learning materials, while also building early-stage AI/LLM solutions to improve instruction and solve focused problems.
- Work with company leaders to improve tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutoring platform evolves.
- Use AI-driven insights to improve learner outcomes across the network, including higher learning speed, stronger lesson mastery, better answer accuracy, and fewer negative learning behaviors.
What this role will not involve
- Long, unproductive meetings or generic presentation work that does not lead to visible results.
- Traditional classroom tasks such as grading, writing lesson plans, or running standard education programs.
- Purely strategic work without hands-on execution, or repetitive work with no room for agility and action.
About the organization
2 Hour Learning is built around the idea that education can be redesigned through AI-powered personalized learning. The organization aims to help children master core academics in only two hours a day by replacing the traditional one-size-fits-all model.
The team reports strong outcomes, including students placing in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% showing 6.5x growth. The environment is described as dynamic, with both on-campus and remote-friendly collaboration for people who want to improve education through technology and innovation.
Basic requirements
- Background in data science, a similar analytical role, education, EdTech, or a learner-support role that blends analysis with interpersonal work.
- Strong Google Sheets skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and filtering.
- High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a coaching style centered on the child.
- Experience building workflows and automations using AI.
- At least 1 year of direct experience working with K-8 students.
- Availability during core working hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.
Nice-to-have skills and background
- Knowledge of learning science or educational theory, or a track record of improving outcomes through data-informed methods.
- Familiarity with generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding such as Python or JavaScript for working with AI APIs.
Working arrangement
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week long-term engagement. The role is available immediately and requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is set at $30 USD per hour, which works out to $60,000 USD per year based on 40 hours weekly and 50 weeks annually. Payments are issued weekly.
Additional notes
The role is positioned as an opportunity to contribute to a reimagined learning model that uses AI to improve outcomes for children. The listing also references an internal job code: LJ-5238-DE-Berlin-CurriculumDeve.001.
