About the Role

Credible Consultancy is seeking a Customer Care Representative for Shaadi.com in Rajkot. This is a full-time, onsite position. We are a free placement service and do not charge any fees for job opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer calls efficiently.
Address and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
Deliver precise information while upholding high-quality service standards.
Strive to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Minimum educational qualification is 12th pass or graduation.
Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential.

Additional Information
