Customer Resolution Agent

Role overview

Culligan Ireland is hiring a full-time permanent Customer Resolution Agent based in Ballymount, County Dublin, subject to a six-month probationary period. The position offers a salary of €30,000 to €33,000 per year, with monthly pay.

In this role, you will handle customer billing questions, payment disagreements, and financial complaints from start to finish. The focus is on resolving each case accurately and fairly, following company policies while also supporting cash collection and preserving positive customer relationships.

The job calls for excellent attention to detail, a structured approach to analysis, and the ability to explain financial matters to customers in a clear and simple way.

Key responsibilities

• Address customer queries relating to invoices, payments, credits, and account balances.
• Examine mismatches or errors and determine the underlying cause.
• Carry out refunds, credit notes, and account corrections where needed.
• Own cases through to completion while working within agreed service timelines.
• Keep CRM and finance records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Strong precision and a methodical approach to solving problems.
• Confidence in explaining financial information in a customer-friendly manner.
• Good organisation and the ability to handle several open cases at once.
• Background in billing, finance, or customer account work is preferred.
