Role Overview
This position is centered on handling customer queries and supporting day-to-day operations. It is an operational role where the selected professional will be expected to use sound judgment and seek guidance when needed to deliver strong service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer-reported issues and work toward resolving them effectively.
- Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot system or application-related problems to identify practical solutions.
- Route unresolved matters to the right internal teams by following established escalation processes.
- Monitor service-level targets closely and act proactively to help ensure SLA compliance.
Experience and Qualification
A graduate candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong ability to analyze problems and arrive at effective resolutions.
- Hands-on customer support experience in high-pressure, fast-moving, and 24x7 operational environments.
- Awareness of current technologies used in the domain.
Shift Requirements
The candidate must be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift setup, which includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs. Flexibility to respond to critical operational issues outside regular working hours is also necessary according to the assigned shift.

This role is based in Pune Division, Maharashtra, India. The position is a full-time, onsite opportunity.
