  • Conduct comprehensive quality control checks, investigate data discrepancies, and resolve errors arising from integration failures.
  • Provide support to customers by addressing escalated data support cases, offering guidance on ETL processes and data specifications, and communicating clear status updates on issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to tackle complex data integration challenges and fulfill business rule requirements.

Qualifications

  • Possess an Associate degree in Computer/Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills and experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation tasks.
  • Exhibit foundational technical knowledge, including basic ETL processes, SQL querying, SFTP server usage, and file path navigation across Linux/Mac OS and Windows environments.
  • Apply a strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve intricate data issues.
  • Engage collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize excellent customer support skills, including strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, to effectively interact with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, showing curiosity and a drive to learn new technologies and continuously enhance technical proficiencies.
  • Have experience writing scripts using SQL.
  • Be familiar with tools such as Postman, SFTP clients, and API testing tools.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, integration, or technical support roles is beneficial.

Bonus Points

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Familiarity with Renaissance products, specifically DnA, eduCLIMBER, and FastBridge.
  • Prior experience in educational technology or within K-12 educational settings.
