What You Will Do

- Contribute to data cleaning, feature creation, and model validation work.
- Use statistical techniques to solve business and operational questions.
- Develop analytical outputs that support strategic decisions.
- Prepare charts, visual summaries, and presentations to communicate results clearly.
- Take part in experimentation, hypothesis testing, and performance tracking.

Skills and Experience Needed
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, R, or similar programming languages.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling basics.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and commonly used algorithms.
- Exposure to datasets through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good organization and strong attention to detail.

- Comfort using Git and collaborative development workflows.
