Decant Coordinator

Role overview

Abri Group is hiring a permanent Decant Coordinator to join its Housing Partnership Central Services team in Yeovil. In this role, you will coordinate the full decant journey, supporting temporary moves caused by planned works, emergency situations, or other required property interventions.

What the role involves

You will be responsible for managing the process from start to finish, making sure the right solution is found in a cost-effective way while keeping the customer experience central. The aim is to help residents return to their homes as quickly and smoothly as possible.

What success looks like

The position calls for someone who can solve problems quickly, stay calm under pressure, and handle sensitive or challenging conversations with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues. You should be confident in reaching practical outcomes that work for everyone involved.
