Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand planning activities end to end for the KSA market, supporting scalability as sales volumes and market reach expand.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and bring greater visibility to the planning process.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to understand changing demand drivers in a fast-moving environment.
  • Facilitate and lead monthly demand review meetings.
  • Support logistics and supply planning work to maintain service continuity and healthy inventory levels.
  • Track inventory exposure, slow-moving stock risk, and service-level impact.
  • Prepare the supply chain budget and perform monthly financial analysis to align growth, cost discipline, and profitability.
  • Partner with Finance on cost control and broader business-planning activities.
  • Monitor inventory health and coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans to protect service while enabling growth.
  • Serve as the primary owner for demand and planning matters in the KSA market.
  • Represent KSA planning performance in global and regional discussions.
  • Contribute to global and regional supply chain projects as the KSA planning representative.

Profile and Requirements

  • At least 5 to 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, and financial understanding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Background in forecasting or demand planning within a commercial setting.
  • Comfortable working independently and across functions.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capability.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and statistical thinking skills.
  • Good understanding of statistics and statistical approaches to demand planning.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

  • Able to turn complex data and differing viewpoints into clear insights.
