What You Will Do

• Work on advanced facilities for pharmaceutical, FMCG, and microelectronics sectors, including related R&D environments.
• Apply a practical understanding of pharma facility functions such as production areas, laboratories, utility buildings, and microelectronics facilities like OSATs, FABs, and utility zones.
• Convert verbal directions, sketches, and soft-copy inputs from the Process Architect or Lead Architect into design alternatives, BIM models, and drawings produced from the model.
• Use a sound understanding of GMP-related needs, including facility zoning, area classifications, hazardous area rules, equipment layouts, move-ins, and construction sequencing, while taking guidance from the Process Architect where needed.
• Follow local planning regulations and statutory rules, with a strong awareness of safety-by-design principles and relevant guidelines.
• Understand BIM Level of Detail requirements and progress the model through the appropriate LOD stage for each project phase.
• Create architectural visual outputs such as renderings, walkthroughs, and 3D printed models using advanced visualization tools and plugins, and produce multiple design options when required.
• Take part in model review and clash-resolution discussions, and be ready to lead meetings in early project stages until all disciplines are involved.
• Build and manage Revit models using advanced 3D modeling, parametric family creation, model setup from scratch, template creation for drawings and documentation, and model development for architectural quantity extraction with project-level accuracy.
• Extract drawings from Revit models according to project needs under the guidance of the Process Architect.

What We Need

• 6+ years of experience working on advanced facilities in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or microelectronics domains and their associated R&D facilities.
• Full-time Diploma in Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture (5 years / 10 semesters) from an institute recognized by COA India.
• Working knowledge of GMP requirements, statutory regulations, local planning norms, and safety-related design guidelines.
• Strong capability in Revit, AutoCAD, and advanced 3D/BIM workflows.
• Experience with model reviews, coordination, clash resolution, and BIM documentation.
