Digital Content Creator

About the role

We’re looking for a bilingual Digital Content Creator who can plan, make, and manage content that performs well across digital channels. The role is not limited to producing posts; it also involves understanding what drives engagement, keeping content relevant to current trends, and tailoring output for each platform to support growth and community interaction.

The right person will pair creative thinking with an understanding of how social platforms work, and will be comfortable in a fast-moving, digitally focused environment.

What you’ll do

• Produce written, visual, and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and newer platforms.
• Write captions, scripts, hooks, headlines, and post copy in both Arabic and English.
• Film and assemble short-form material such as reels, stories, interviews, event coverage, and trend-based pieces.
• Make sure every piece of content matches the brand voice, quality expectations, and platform-specific guidelines.
• Help with daily publishing across social channels and keep content calendars up to date.
• Adjust content formats so they are suited to each platform’s audience and performance patterns.
• Track trends, cultural moments, and viral opportunities relevant to Qatar and the wider region.
• Keep delivery consistent in tone, quality, and timing.
• Review content results and spot ways to improve reach, engagement, and retention.
• Use platform insights to refine content for saves, shares, watch-time, and interaction.
• Use audience behavior and performance data to guide content improvements.
• Assist with community engagement when needed, including comments, messages, and other audience interactions.
• Work closely with designers, editors, videographers, and internal teams.
• Support branded content, client deliverables, and campaign rollouts.
• Help with small translation and localization tasks.
• Provide on-ground filming and content capture support during events and activations when needed.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• At least 3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital publishing.
• Strong ability to write and edit copy for social and editorial formats.
• Solid understanding of social platforms, content types, and audience behavior.
• Basic ability to film and capture content using mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience with content scheduling or management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or Later.
• Capability to read performance data and apply insights to improve content.
• Comfort with short-form editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Good awareness of Qatar, GCC audiences, and expat communities.
• Well organized, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred background

• Experience working on marketplace, classifieds, lifestyle, or media platforms.
• Exposure to influencer partnerships and trend-led content.
• Understanding of how viral content works, including hooks and retention tactics.
