What you will do

• Work with marketing, merchandising, planning, IT, and finance teams to shape the eCommerce strategy, define sales plans, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Assist the Director of eCommerce with managing the eCommerce P&L.
• Track and control eCommerce spending and related activities to support both growth and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to build and execute the digital roadmap and customer experience plan.
• Support performance marketing agency coordination and digital acquisition efforts.
• Create and roll out digital promotion plans across eCommerce channels.
• Review customer behavior and website performance using GA4 and other reporting tools to uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on site merchandising, content, fulfillment, customer service, and platform enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in eCommerce.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle eCommerce operations, website infrastructure, and customer-facing features.
• Experience with Shopify Plus and eCommerce content management systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability, including hands-on use of GA4 and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong organization, project management, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and solve problems under deadlines.

Compensation and benefits

The expected pay range for this role is USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per year. This compensation range is shared in good faith and complies with New York City salary transparency requirements.
