What You Will Do

• Direct engineering teams and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
• Handle engineering design, planning, execution, and end-to-end project delivery.
• Shape technical direction so it supports broader business goals.
• Track and manage timelines, budgets, resources, and technical risks across projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Make sure work follows engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
• Support team development by coaching, mentoring, and strengthening engineering talent.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline; a master's degree is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated background in engineering management or a senior engineering leadership position.
• Solid technical understanding along with strong project management capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to oversee several projects and teams at the same time.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments will be beneficial.
