About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to be the welcoming presence at the Dunsandel site while also supporting day-to-day facilities activity across both the Dunsandel location and the Christchurch office. Your work will range from greeting visitors and handling front desk queries to coordinating small maintenance tasks, service requests, and workplace essentials. Key duties

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Dunsandel site by greeting visitors, managing reception duties, and responding to incoming calls and general enquiries.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with the daily coordination of the Dunsandel site and Christchurch office.
  • Log and manage Facilities ServiceDesk requests, arrange minor repairs, and coordinate contractors as needed to keep operations running well.
  • Develop effective working relationships with contractors, couriers, cleaners, and other service providers to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
  • Work with teams across the business to resolve issues, respond to requests, and help deliver a positive workplace experience.
  • Maintain stock levels for stationery, café items, cleaning products, and other workplace supplies.
  • Coordinate workplace setup items for new starters, including lockers, access cards, office equipment, EV charger access, and other essentials before their first day.
