Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Finance Manager who can take charge of the company’s financial operations and help steer wider business goals. This role covers planning, budgeting, reporting, cash management, compliance, and team leadership to support long-term stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Create, maintain, and review annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Track business performance and share useful analysis and recommendations with leadership.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury functions, and working capital needs.
- Make sure all activities follow local laws, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Handle coordination for internal and external audits and resolve any findings raised.
- Put strong financial controls and risk management practices in place and keep them effective.
- Supervise key accounting functions including payables, receivables, payroll, and the general ledger.
- Contribute to business planning, investment reviews, and strategic choices.
- Guide, support, and develop finance team members to maintain strong performance and career growth.
- Work closely with banks, auditors, government bodies, and other external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field. A professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent credential is considered an advantage. The role requires 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including managerial duties. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is essential. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel capability is also expected. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are important for success in this position.
