Key responsibilities

• Own the preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs.
• Deliver financial performance commentary, analysis, and variance explanations.
• Support the annual budget cycle as well as regular forecasting updates.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to track spending, highlight inefficiencies, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to reporting for the board and executive leadership team.
• Prepare financial analysis that informs strategic initiatives and investment choices.
• Monitor project expenditure, business performance, and key operational metrics.
• Work with operational teams to explain major cost drivers and performance trends.
• Assist with finance transformation work and ongoing process improvements.

Salary and benefits

The package includes a salary of €80,000 to €90,000, depending on experience, plus bonus, pension, and healthcare.
