Floor Supervisor - Interior Fit-out

About the Role

Mohamed Hilal Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for luxury villa and retail fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, supervising subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project timelines while adhering to safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out activities on site for luxury villas, retail stores, and commercial projects.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all finishing works meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues related to workmanship, safety, or project delays.
• Manage site manpower allocation and monitor productivity.
• Verify materials delivered on site and ensure proper storage and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to management.
• Assist in snagging, de-snagging, project handovers, and client inspections.
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and records of completed work.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision is required.
• Mandatory experience in luxury villa and high-end retail fit-out projects within the UAE is essential.
• A strong understanding of fit-out processes, finishing works, joinery, MEP coordination, and project execution is necessary.
• Proven experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams.
