Foreman - Execution Site

Role Overview

This position is responsible for handling day-to-day execution at the project site, covering civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical activities as required by the project. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence while working closely with the site engineering team.

Site Supervision

You will lead workmen, subcontractors, and labourers to carry out assigned tasks on a daily basis. All execution must align with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable safety practices.

Planning and Progress Monitoring

The role involves assigning work, tracking output, and making sure productivity goals are achieved. Coordination with site engineers is needed to confirm material availability and readiness of the work area before execution begins.

Safety and Reporting

Daily toolbox meetings must be conducted, and safety rules must be strictly enforced. You will also need to keep records of site progress, manpower deployment, and any variations or issues observed during execution.

Issue Resolution and Resource Care

This role supports the resolution of execution-related challenges by working with the appropriate stakeholders. It also includes ensuring proper handling, use, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and site resources.

Quality, Logistics, and Housekeeping

Support is expected in quality inspections and corrective actions as per QA/QC requirements. The position also contributes to site logistics coordination and maintaining cleanliness and order at the worksite.
