ജോലി വിവരണം
About the Role
RYZE is looking for a flexible graphic designer who can contribute across packaging, branding, and marketing. In this role, you will partner closely with the Brand Creative team and work with Brand Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and Production to help shape how the brand appears across many different touchpoints.
The ideal person can move comfortably from precise packaging specifications to polished presentation decks. This position calls for someone who understands that effective design is more than visual appeal; it combines technical accuracy, strong storytelling, and a refined finish that draws attention.
You should bring both production expertise and a strong creative sensibility. The work may involve technical packaging details such as varnish layers and spot UV finishes, alongside brand presentations and marketing assets. Comfort with new technology is important, and AI-enabled creative tools are already part of the workflow.
What You’ll Work On
Your work will span packaging production, brand design, marketing materials, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be expected to create accurate, organized files, contribute creative ideas, and help maintain a consistent brand presence across print and digital formats.
Packaging and Production
- Build print-ready packaging artwork in Adobe Illustrator, including die-lines, production notes, and finish layers such as varnish, spot UV, embossing, debossing, and foil.
- Handle packaging edits, revisions, and SKU versioning while keeping all artwork files accurate, tidy, and up to date.
- Create and refine realistic visual imagery with Photoshop and generative AI tools.
Brand and Marketing Design
- Create marketing assets, pitch decks, presentation visuals, comps, and related design deliverables as needed.
- Improve deck design by tightening alignment, organizing content clearly, and adapting existing brand assets to elevate presentations.
- Design and update brand collateral such as inserts and pamphlets while staying aligned with brand standards.
- Support the development and execution of the brand’s visual identity across both print and digital materials.
- Contribute concepts for mockups, graphic directions, layout studies, and broader creative exploration.
Collaboration and Workflow
- Work closely with Brand Creative, Brand Marketing, Production, Regulatory, and Operations to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Use AI creative tools such as NanoBanana, Firefly, and similar platforms to speed up concepting and creative development.
- Keep working files structured and easy for other team members to understand and use.
- Stay informed on design and packaging trends and bring relevant inspiration into the creative process.
What Success Looks Like
- You become a dependable creative partner that the team trusts and enjoys working with.
- Packaging files are consistently production-ready and free from errors.
- Creative exploration leads to stronger brand thinking and productive discussions.
- Marketing and brand materials remain polished, consistent, and on-brand.
- The Brand Marketing and Creative team can move faster with your support.
- Partners in Regulatory, Operations, and Production receive what they need on time and without unnecessary friction.
- Files are organized, versioned correctly, and simple for anyone to navigate.
- You communicate clearly and proactively through Slack, calls, and other team channels.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with print production design, including die-lines, print processes, and production-ready file setup.
- Ability to design across multiple formats, including packaging, marketing decks, brand collateral, and digital assets.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Slack, Google Workspace tools, and Microsoft Office for reviews, approvals, and collaboration.
- Comfort using AI-assisted creative and image-generation tools such as NanoBanana and Firefly.
- Strong visual taste with an understanding of modern design, storytelling, and brand-building.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly organized file-management approach.
