Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

This in-office HR internship is with Devyani International Limited, a rapidly expanding and customer-focused player in India’s retail F&B space. The company operates across multiple regions in the Indian subcontinent, as well as Nepal and Nigeria, and manages 500+ restaurants under brands such as TWG, Pizza Hut, KFC, Costa Coffee, and Vaango.

What you will do

• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates and narrowing down applications.
• Assist with HR strategy-related analysis and research tasks.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Handle routine HR operations and administrative support.
• Contribute to employee lifecycle activities and process coordination.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join a full-time, on-site internship, are available to begin between 8 June 2026 and 13 July 2026, can commit to 3 months, and have the relevant skills and interest in HR.

Additional requirements

MBA students in their final year.

Candidates who want to build a strong, practical understanding of HR work.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 6,000 to 9,000.
