IT/OT Partner

Role overview

As an IT/OT Partner, you will help build the information technology and operational technology foundation for a new manufacturing site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The position is centered on infrastructure, systems administration, and hands-on support for factory operations. It is designed for someone who enjoys shaping critical technology environments and contributing to the launch of a new business unit.

Key contribution

• Work with project stakeholders to translate factory needs into practical IT/OT solutions.
• Set up and support network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
• Install, maintain, and administer servers and operating systems used by the plant.
• Deliver first- and second-line technical assistance for hardware and software issues.
• Put protective controls in place to secure the IT/OT landscape.
• Follow corporate security standards and carry out routine monitoring of systems.

What you should bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Three to five years of professional experience in IT, with exposure to systems administration and network operations.
• Practical troubleshooting experience and the ability to support users in industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure components, networking equipment, and operating systems.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ are valuable.
• Strong analytical thinking along with a disciplined approach to security and compliance.
