Key duties

• Clean plates, cutlery, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly so everything is ready whenever needed during service.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to help the restaurant operate efficiently.
• Understand the menu well and show enthusiasm for the food served.
• Keep the kitchen area, including shelves, cupboards, and corners, tidy and spotless.
• Help maintain a polished restaurant appearance and follow company standards, processes, and guidelines.
