Role Overview
In the Lead Associate - Instock Analyst role, you will be part of the Hyperlocal Planning team and will help strengthen stock availability and supply chain efficiency. The position connects demand forecasting with day-to-day operational execution to ensure hyperlocal offerings remain available for customers while inventory stays healthy.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and improve in-stock performance across hyperlocal categories to support a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate demand planning and operational capacity so supply aligns with business requirements.
- Study historical performance and market patterns to build accurate stock forecasts.
- Spot supply chain risks early and apply mitigation measures to protect continuity of operations.
- Use analytics to monitor key metrics and prepare practical recommendations for leadership.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners such as SCM and Business Operations to improve procurement and inventory processes.
Experience
This position calls for 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of inventory lifecycles and demand fulfillment.
- Comfort working with large datasets and turning them into useful insights.
- Planning experience in fast-moving retail or e-commerce environments.
- Ability to forecast trends and use predictive analysis to support decisions.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across complex organizations.
Required Skills
