Responsibilities

  • Track the customer journey and related capabilities to support ARPU improvement.
  • Analyze customer behavior in depth.
  • Review consumption trends for both individual customers and the customer base overall.
  • Examine the interaction between paid data and bonus data usage.
  • Classify customers into defined data segments and profile categories.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, along with management reporting.
  • Carry out ad hoc analysis for data products.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the data segment and use findings to generate ideas for product enhancement.
  • Lead the rollout of data products across customer segments to improve penetration and revenue.
  • Create and execute new trade-oriented products and initiatives using benchmarking and best-practice sharing across zones.
