Logistics Coordinator

Role overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and improve logistics and supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange both local and cross-border shipments for medical devices, with a focus on punctual and cost-efficient transport.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with third-party logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier vendors.
• Make sure all handling, storage, and transportation activities follow MOHAP and GDP requirements relevant to medical devices.
• Manage day-to-day logistics work such as shipment scheduling, tracking, paperwork, and resolving operational issues.
• Track and improve stock movement across distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations.
• Keep shipping and inventory data accurate and up to date in ERP systems.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to support correct picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Assist demand planning and forecast accuracy by using data and operational insights.
• Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and lower operating costs.
• Take part in or lead logistics projects such as system enhancements, supplier assessments, and SOP creation.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of logistics experience in the UAE, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare distribution.
• Good understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Only applicants with relevant UAE experience will be considered.
