Role overview
As a Maintenance Custodian Associate, you’ll help create the first and last impression members have of the club by keeping the facility clean, safe, and welcoming. The role is active and hands-on, so you should be prepared to stay on your feet throughout the shift and handle physically demanding work while keeping a positive, service-focused attitude.
Key duties
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for members and associates by completing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Support a strong member experience by making sure the parking lot, restrooms, floors, and other common areas are kept in good condition.
- Respond quickly to spills and help keep the facility orderly during the day.
- Use floor scrubbers and other approved equipment to clean and maintain the facility.
- Follow safety rules and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting practices, and correct handling of hazardous materials.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions to management and take action to help correct them.
- Clean floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles, and similar areas using approved chemicals, tools, and methods.
- Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the company’s environmental sustainability practices.
- Track and maintain appropriate levels of approved cleaning chemicals and supplies, including proper storage and rotation, and place replenishment orders when stock runs low.

The hourly wage range for this role is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be available in certain situations, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the work performed, and more than one premium may apply if eligible.
The minimum age requirement for this role is 18 years or older.
