About the role

What you will do

  • Lead team goals independently while keeping broader mobility objectives and cross-functional needs in view.
  • Coach, support, and develop team members so they can perform effectively and grow their skills.
  • Build short- and long-term plans that align with mobility priorities, goals, and delivery timelines.
  • Track and report metrics, targets, and project progress to senior leadership.
  • Review budgets and make sure spending stays within approved limits.
  • Improve and oversee processes for accurate and timely handling of immigration and visa cases.
  • Prepare documentation and training materials for new services and coordinate rollout across other teams.
  • Use multiple data inputs to investigate and resolve complicated issues.
  • Apply advanced knowledge in one area of expertise while maintaining working knowledge across immigration topics.
  • Lead initiatives, assign work, guide specialists, and serve as a key point of contact for the Mobility team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication.
  • Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and situations.
  • Understand stakeholder needs now and in the future, then tailor services accordingly.
  • Identify process improvements and new opportunities from immigration-related sources.

Compensation and benefits

This is a full-time role with an annual salary range of USD 48,300 to USD 122,350. The final base pay depends on location, experience, skills, training, and business needs.
