About the Role
Our client is a leader in developing advanced computing technologies that power everything from datacenters to gaming devices. They are seeking an Operations & Program Support Specialist for a 12-month contract to join their Regional Marketing Operations Team. This role is crucial for facilitating collaboration with partners, customers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth marketing operations from planning to purchase order initiation. The position offers a remote or hybrid work arrangement in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales and marketing teams in developing thorough and accurate marketing plans.
- Facilitate the onboarding and setup processes for new partners and vendors.
- Review and verify the completeness of Purchase Order (PO) documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather any missing information for POs.
- Submit PO requests on behalf of the sales and marketing departments.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to reservations and compliance.
- Address and resolve reservation-related issues, either directly or by liaising with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Communicate reservation approvals and program documentation to internal teams and external partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for all claims-related inquiries from global compliance teams.
- Support the resolution of claims issues involving customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor open reservations and ensure that claims are submitted within their respective deadlines.
Requirements
- Possess 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Exhibit a proven capacity to manage multiple programs concurrently within a demanding, fast-paced setting.
- Be proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel, with prior experience in MS Teams and other collaborative tools.

Eligibility
