Oracle EPBCS

Role Overview

This role is for an Oracle EPBCS specialist with strong hands-on experience across Oracle Hyperion and EPM solutions. The position focuses on implementation, application design, development, reporting, automation, documentation, and user/client training for planning and budgeting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle EPBCS solutions, with at least 2 implementation projects in the out-of-the-box modules of EPBCS.
• Build, configure, and support both standard and customized PBCS applications.
• Work with ASO and BSO cube development, along with MDX-based calculations.
• Create, improve, and optimize business rules for performance and functionality.
• Develop advanced reports using FR Studio.
• Automate recurring activities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Prepare project deliverables such as design documents, test cases, training content, and administration guides.
• Train internal teams on Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, Essbase, and EPM integration tools.
• Guide clients on application usage through user training and support.

Experience and Background

• A graduate qualification is required; preferred backgrounds include B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or MCA.
• The candidate should bring 6 to 15 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion tools, PBCS, and EPBCS.
• Strong communication skills are essential for working with internal teams and clients.
