About AXA
AXA is a global insurance and financial services group focused on helping people protect the things that matter most. As one of the world’s largest insurers, the business offers a broad mix of cover across health, car, home, and business lines, supporting millions of customers through life’s uncertainties.
AXA UK Support Functions support three customer-facing business units by providing the systems, structure, and specialist expertise needed to help serve customers effectively.
Role overview
AXA is hiring a Partner Management Analyst to support the team’s everyday operations. In this role, you will make sure processes are properly documented, carried out, and monitored in line with organisational expectations. You will also oversee a small set of lower-criticality third-party relationships, ensuring renewals, issues, escalations, and payments are handled smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Support operational delivery across third-party regulatory, risk, compliance, reporting, demand, and planning activities so they are coordinated and tracked effectively.
- Create, refine, and improve team process documentation, including identifying opportunities for automation.
- Work with the Partner Management Office Lead to manage an agreed group of lower-criticality suppliers to the required service standard and in line with internal requirements.
- Coordinate with offshore colleagues so workloads and actions are clearly understood, assigned appropriately, and prioritised well.
Working arrangement
AXA follows a smart-working approach that allows employees to split time between home and the office in a way that works for them, their team, and customers. The current expectation is at least two days per week in an away-from-home setting, which includes office attendance, client visits, or industry events. This is planned to increase to three days per week in the future. Flexible working options can also be discussed with Talent Acquisition.
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate should have experience improving and managing business processes, preferably in a commercial and regulated setting. Experience building relationships with third-party suppliers is important, along with strong commercial judgement and financial awareness to support cost efficiency throughout supplier engagement. The role also requires confidence using data and reporting systems, the ability to adapt to new technology to improve efficiency and quality, and a careful eye for detail to ensure accurate outcomes.
Equal opportunities and adjustments
AXA is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected characteristics. If you have a long-term condition or disability and need support during the application or interview process, AXA offers access to the AXA Accessibility Concierge.
