About Authsignal
Authsignal is building the identity and authentication infrastructure used by organizations around the world. The company works with consumer, enterprise, and mid-market businesses to create secure, smooth authentication and identity experiences across every customer channel. It reported strong growth and momentum in 2025.
The Opportunity
This position is designed for someone who wants to create rather than simply maintain. A major 2026 priority is launching and scaling a partner channel, and Authsignal is looking for a person who can establish, own, and grow partnerships across APAC.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue and Growth, this will be the company’s first dedicated partnerships hire. The role carries direct ownership of strategy, relationship development, and commercial outcomes. The main goal is to bring in new partners and drive revenue and customer growth for both Authsignal and its partners, while building the partnership function from the ground up.
You will work closely with go-to-market and sales teams to strengthen existing relationships, expand partner performance, and uncover new opportunities that support Authsignal’s priorities across APAC. This is a strong fit for someone who wants a role with genuine influence over how the business evolves.
Location and Work Setup
The role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, with a hybrid arrangement. Regular travel across APAC is required.
What You’ll Do
- Create the core structure for the partnerships function, including processes, playbooks, and scalable operating frameworks.
- Own partner account management across the APAC region end to end.
- Plan and execute initiatives that grow existing partnerships and open new reseller and referral routes.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard resellers from initial outreach through to agreement signing.
- Support partners in bringing customers onboard, while managing revenue targets linked to partner-generated deals.
- Work in close alignment with GTM and sales leadership so partner activity supports Authsignal’s commercial strategy.
- Travel regularly throughout APAC to build strong, long-term partner relationships.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a background that includes partnerships, partner enablement, enterprise sales, and relationship management. You’ll also need hands-on experience acquiring resellers and closing partnership agreements, along with confidence in negotiation and proposal development.
Comfort using CRM and project management tools is important, as is the ability to think analytically, solve problems quickly, and make decisions from first principles. Strong communication skills are essential because the role requires close collaboration with internal leaders and external partners.
Who Thrives Here
This opportunity suits someone who feels ready to move beyond the limits of their current role and help build something exceptional from the start. You should be energized by frequent travel across APAC, comfortable working remotely as the first person in this function, and willing to do the foundational work that supports future scale.
Authsignal is also looking for a confident networker who values face-to-face relationship building, someone used to working toward targets and quotas, and someone who can own revenue numbers with accountability. The environment is fast-growing and iterative, so adaptability and a proactive mindset are key. A problem-solving attitude that looks for the right questions rather than blockers will help you thrive.
What’s Offered
- Competitive base salary plus commission in line with industry standards.
- Remote working with a Sydney or Melbourne location requirement.
- The chance to join one of APAC’s fast-growing identity and security teams.
- An opportunity to build a business function from the ground up and make a lasting impact.
Additional Information
The role is full time. Base salary and commission are offered, but no specific salary amount was provided.
