Key responsibilities
- Set priorities for the features and capabilities needed to grow Identity for AI, and help shape and carry out the product strategy.
- Collect insight from customers, prospects, partners, and the market to understand use cases, technical needs, friction points, and unmet demand.
- Contribute detailed inputs to planning discussions and communicate feature priorities to engineering.
- Write technical requirements and work hand in hand with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver polished, high-quality product releases.
- Study market trends, competitor activity, emerging frameworks or protocols, and strategic industry shifts to guide product direction.
- Build deep expertise in Identity for AI so you can support sales and solution engineering teams and help spread understanding of the product internally and externally.
- Use AI-based tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and cross-functional communication workflows.
What you need to bring
- Background in cloud computing, either in product management or engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of identity and access management, zero trust architectures, and identity standards/technologies.
- Practical experience with AI frameworks and deploying them at scale.
- Experience building product experiences for developers and IT administrators.
- Exposure to zero-to-one product development in an emerging or fast-moving area.
- Hands-on experience managing product lifecycles and delivering reliable releases.
- Ability to discuss product value and market relevance with users, partners, engineers, and analysts.
- Skill in turning technical and market inputs into clear recommendations and roadmap plans.
- Strong relationship-building, influence, and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of solving technical issues through cross-functional ownership and accountability.
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the drive to move work forward independently.
- Creative use of AI to increase efficiency through automation, tooling, or workflow improvements.
