About the position

You will bring market-specific insight that strengthens safety, supports strategic direction, and builds trust both inside and outside the Trust & Safety function. The role involves launching and managing projects, leading operational improvements, pushing for policy updates, and setting up new processes while coordinating with teams across public policy, legal, communications, product, operations, and policy.

Key work areas

  • Prepare internal reports on public sentiment and identified risks to support mitigation efforts, surface trends, and work with partner teams to create solutions that reduce the impact of emerging risks across business areas.
  • Build risk-prevention strategies and processes for the Singapore market, with emphasis on safety topics such as youth safety, hate, and cyberbullying.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams inside and outside Trust & Safety, including Content Policy, Product Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Public Policy, and Communications, to find, evaluate, and fix safety gaps in products while improving community well-being and user protection.
  • Lead initiatives across product areas such as video, live, comments, follow/like, and accounts by combining qualitative and quantitative methods to spot community risks and then design features and strategies to reduce them.
  • Drive project definition, scoping, implementation, and execution with stakeholders across functions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of user-generated content social platforms and the political, regulatory, and cultural landscape across APAC.
  • Solid knowledge of Trust & Safety issues, operational challenges, and related processes.
  • Experience in program, project, or product management, ideally in a safety, risk control, or anti-spam strategy setting.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and performing detailed analysis, interpretation, and reporting using tools such as Excel pivot tables, formulas, and charts; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to day-to-day challenges.
  • Resilience and a commitment to self-care to handle the emotional demands of the role.
