Role summary

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Director in overseeing delivery across all project disciplines. This position acts as the main coordination hub for engineering, construction, procurement, commercial, design, QA/QC, HSE, and project controls teams, helping keep work aligned with approved objectives, schedules, milestones, specifications, and governance standards.

In this role, you will closely track real progress on site, compare it with reported progress, highlight any delivery gaps, and help ensure that every team is working to the approved plan. The position combines coordination, compliance checking, reporting, administration, and stakeholder handling to support successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction project management, or engineering project delivery.
  • Prior exposure to large-scale construction, healthcare, infrastructure, or industrial projects is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting senior project leadership is beneficial.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and delivery workflows.
  • Ability to monitor milestones, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
  • Working knowledge of construction processes and technical documentation.
