About the Role
MSR-FSR, LLC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee administrative and organizational tasks, serving as the primary liaison between clients and on-site contractors. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in their assigned project areas to guarantee effectiveness and clarity. Responsibilities extend beyond the core scope to encompass a wide range of project management duties.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key intermediary between field operations and SAS Management.
- Perform minor administrative duties as assigned by SAS.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project communication plan.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing agendas to ensure alignment between SAS and contractors.
- Manage field-level project documentation, ensuring accurate execution, proper filing, and accessibility of all forms and reports.
- Foster and maintain a collaborative team environment among SAS, coordinators, tool engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Provide timely and accurate project status updates to stakeholders through regular progress reporting.
- Oversee and manage daily field-level operations and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Take prompt ownership of identified issues, escalating them to the relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor and maintain Daily Reports (DR), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), Site Risk Analyses (SRAs), and other critical documentation for timely and accurate completion.
- Address and resolve field-level SOR quantity survey disputes when necessary.
- Exercise stop-work authority by investigating and halting operations in the presence of unsafe conditions.
- Conduct spot compliance audits as directed by SAS.
- Manage incident documentation and investigations.
- Document and engage with SAS to capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A Journeyman license is preferred, though relevant certifications may be accepted at SAS' discretion.
- Mandatory knowledge of applicable construction codes and installation best practices for MEP trades. Experience in semiconductor or related construction industries is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project coordination or management is necessary, with a strong understanding of current construction codes for MEP trades.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully completed projects.
- Previous experience with Semiconductor, Advanced Technology, or Industrial projects is essential.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant construction management software is necessary.

- Vision Abilities: Specific requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Chemical Hazards: Primarily managed through engineering controls, but incidental spills may necessitate respirator and PPE use.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Must be able to wear safety glasses, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection.
- Site Traversal: Must be able to safely access and navigate obstacles for site inspections, including ladders, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
